Final Stage (15):
- Veolia - I am sure I did the best out of the others and my positives greatly outweigh negatives! Racists. Feedback here
- United Utilities - Thought I did well tbh. It was only an interview and presentation.
- Ocado Group - There were defo better candidates
- Premier Foods - meh. Got destroyed on the solo task tho.
- Affinity Water - Face to face. fun group exercise. 11 managers on the day yikes. I scored the best on group task but presentation let me down due to ‘lack of research’. Feedback
- Compass Group (Declined)
- Mars - “Didn’t see enough from on the competences dealing with ambiguity and decision quality. Nice personality, but maybe also too nice to be a leader someday”. They thought it will be hard for you to make independent decisions.
- Capgemini - spent a month prepping for this still rejected lol. They said too focused on facilitating the group discussion instead of collab
- Molson Coors - Face to face. 18 candidates for 2 people lel
- Tarmac - 5 candidates for my role still didnt get it. Suspect lack of exp as they didn’t like that
- Thames Water - Needed more active listening like eye contact and nodding apparently when I did that the most
- The Compleat Food Group - Face to face. 32 candidates, 1 supply chain role and I got it.
- Eaton - Didn't like lack of exp lol
- GSK - Did well but only 1 vacancy
- Capgemini - Did well overall but still no offer. weird
